If the Allow Voicemail feature is turned ON, your AI receptionist will be allowed to handle collecting voicemails from your customers/callers.
To find out where you can view or listen to the voicemails, go to the side panel.
And this is where you'll be able to find all the recorded voicemails from you callers.
