1. Click on Receptionist

Your receptionist is under the Configure tab. This is where you edit your AI Receptionist.

2. Click on Speaking Style (AI Prompt)  Recommended

It is the third row after the Greeting Phrase.

To add information to the AI Prompt, click on edit.

Use the AI prompt to customize the AI’s personality and behavior. It is highly versatile and can include specific instructions that go beyond the default receptionist role.

5. Edit the AI Prompt

  1. Providing Specific Instructions – You can include direct guidelines for how the AI should interact with clients. For example:
    • “Ask the client to spell out their email address and confirm phone numbers.” This ensures accuracy when gathering contact details.
    • “Inform callers that the office is closed during specific hours.” This helps provide clear and consistent business information.
  2. Incorporating Company Branding – The AI can be programmed to use branded phrases and slogans naturally in conversations. For instance:
    • “Your nails are our business” can be included in responses to reinforce brand identity.
  3. Temporary Updates and Announcements – The AI can be adjusted to mention time-sensitive information, such as:
    • “We currently have a limited-time promo available. Would you like to hear more details?”
