1. Click on Configure

Your receptionist is under the Configure tab. This is where you edit your AI Receptionist.

Click on Configure

2. Click on Receptionist

Once you click Receptionist, you will see all the Basic Settings, During Call Workflows, Real-Time Integrations, After-Call Automation, and Advanced Settings.

The dropdown will show up once you click Advanced Settings.

5. Click SMS Fallback for Voice Recognition

6. Click on the switch

Enable this option to let the AI ask callers to send a text if it doesn’t understand them. You also have the option to turn it off anytime.

This is especially useful if the AI has trouble collecting caller information, such as an email address. Callers can simply send their email via text, so the AI can get it right!

Click on the switch

7. Click on Submit

After you click on submit, the changes you made will be applied.
