Setting up your Common Questions (FAQs)

Hey, in this tutorial, I will show you how to properly set up your Common questions and answers. You will see what the acceptable formats are and how to set this up the right way.

1. Click on Configure

Your receptionist is under the Configure tab. This is where you edit your AI Receptionist.

Click on Configure

2. Click on Receptionist

Once you click Receptionist, you will see all the Basic Settings, During Call Workflows, Real-Time Integrations, After-Call Automation, and Advanced Settings.

Click on Receptionist

3. Click on Common Questions  

It's on the 4th row after the Knowledge Base.

Click on Common Questions

4. Click on Edit

Click on Edit to add the Common Questions and Answers about your company or business.

Click on Edit

5. Add your FAQs or common quesitons

Please take note that you need to set it up like the provided example on the note for AI to understand and use this function. You can also format the question and answer this way:
Question -> Qn, Q, Question, Que, qn, q (case sensitive)
Answer -> A, An, Answer, Ans (case sensitive)

Example of what works:
Question: How much do you charge for your services?

Answer: Market Research - $3000, Digital Campaigns - $5000, Lead Generation - $1000

Qn: When were you established?
A: Our company was established in 2020

Example of what does not work:
Where are you located?
Our company is based in New York. The complete address is Liberty Street, New York, NY 10005, United States



Add your FAQs or common quesitons

6. Click on Submit

Do not forget to click submit to apply the information you added on the common questions.

Click on Submit

7. View of common questions set

After you click submit, you will see the information you added under common questions. You will still have the option to edit it out in case you missed adding other common questions or FAQs.
