There are two ways to set up your AI receptionist, depending on your business needs. You can use your AI phone number directly, allowing it to function as your main business line where all incoming calls are handled by the AI without any additional setup. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep your existing office phone number, you can simply forward calls to the AI phone number, ensuring that customers can still reach you through the number they’re familiar with while the AI receptionist manages the calls. Both options provide seamless call management, whether you're transitioning fully to an AI-powered system or integrating it with your current setup.

1. Go to Phone Number

It's usually highlighted in Yellow. Once you click that, it will give you the option to set uop call forwarding.

To set up manually, dial the provided number and follow the audio prompts to complete the setup. Ensure your phone is connected to the network before proceeding.
