You can use your AI phone number directly, allowing it to function as your main business line where all incoming calls are handled by the AI without any additional setup. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep your existing office phone number, you can simply forward calls to the AI phone number, ensuring that customers can still reach you through the number they’re familiar with while the AI receptionist manages the calls. Both options provide seamless call management, whether you're transitioning fully to an AI-powered system or integrating it with your current setup.
