Setting up Time Controls

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to set up Time Controls to manage when your AI is available to handle interactions. This feature allows you to define operating hours, customize response times, and ensure a smooth user experience. Let’s get started!

6. Setting the time

Set the time for AI to transfer calls to your team or a direct number. For example, if Customer Support takes calls from 8 AM to 5 PM, enter the start and end times.

7. Click on Enter Phone Number

Add the phone number you want the calls to be directed to.

Click on Enter Phone Number

8. Click on Submit

After you click on submit, your AI receptionist will automatically route the calls to your team or a direct phone number on the times you've set.
