If you need a language that is not on this list, you can reach out to us through chat in your contact support tab, as we have waitlists for different languages. If there is enough interest in a certain language, we will look into the possibility of adding it into our offer.
Do not forget to click submit to add the languages you selected.
You can see the added languages your AI can speak at the right side of the language function just above Learn More.
To ensure your AI communicates in the selected language, you’ll also need an AI Voice that supports it. Simply visit the Voice Library, click on Filters, and choose a voice that matches your added language.
Choose "Multilingual," select your preferred gender, and pick the accent that best suits your business. After applying the filters, you can preview and select from the featured AI voices.
After selecting your preferred AI voice, you can test it in the Playground or by calling your AI Receptionist’s assigned phone number.
