Usage Fees

The base package comes with 250 free minutes included. Most of our small businesses don't cross that threshold, so they don't have to worry about usage fees at all.

However, for our larger clients, we charge an additional 12 cents per minute after that initial 250 minute threshold. Typically, each call is a bit over a minute, which can help you calculate. These usage fees are typically quite minor for most small business owners. We primarily maintain usage fees to scale with our larger, call-center clients who answer tens of thousands of calls per month with the product.
